McGill reserves knocked off by Golden Lions


Arkansas Pine-Bluff 71, McGill 43  The Golden Lions beat up on the Redmen reserves (McGill played without 6’2″ Dele Ogundokun, 6’1″ Jenning Leung, 6’5″ Michael Peterkin and 6’2″ Regis Ivaniukus and 6’7″ Francois Bourque played only 14 minutes) in winning easily in Montreal.  The teams combined to shoot just 11 for 63 from beyond the arc with Redmen making only 4-28.  In all 14 different Redmen saw action, some the first of their McGill careers, with no player playing more than 19 minutes or less than 10 minutes.  6’8″ Sebastien Beckett was the only Redmen in double figures with 11 points.  The teams combined to commit just 19 total fouls and Pine-Bluff had only 5 turnovers the entire afternoon in evening their record in Canada at 2-2.
